Tickets and Packages Policy

Tickets and packages for Adventure Boogies are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, although tickets or packages cannot be canceled or refunded, it is possible to reschedule the date if notified at least 24 hours in advance for unused tickets, within one (1) year from the original purchase date. Force Majeure and Weather Policy

Adventure Boogies will not be liable in the event of an inability to provide services due to prolonged interruptions in electricity supply, telecommunications failures, social conflicts, strikes, riots, explosions, floods, government acts or omissions, and, in general, any situation considered force majeure or a fortuitous event.

We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather. However, if operations must be suspended for 3 hours or more due to weather conditions, guests already at the park with a daily ticket who decide to leave because of the weather may receive a complimentary ticket to return on another day. To receive this complimentary ticket, you must present your original daily ticket purchase receipt (voucher) at the main entrance on the same day.
