You can buy your tickets directly on our official website or at the entrance. We recommend purchasing online to secure your spot and speed up the check-in process.

No. All tickets and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Yes. If your ticket has not been used, you may request a date change at least 24 hours in advance, within one (1) year from the original purchase date.

We do not offer refunds due to bad weather.
However, if we must suspend operations for 3 hours or more due to weather conditions or force majeure, guests already inside the park with a valid day ticket who decide to leave may receive a complimentary ticket to return another day.
You must present your original purchase receipt (voucher) at the main entrance on the same day.

Payments are accepted only via Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in USD.
