Adventure Boogies does not issue refunds. Tickets can be used any operational day of the season.

We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) and payments in USD, EUR, and DOP. Currency exchange fees apply.

13. Force Majeure & Weather Policy

Adventure Boogies is not liable for service interruptions due to events such as electrical failures, social conflicts, government actions, or extreme weather.

No refunds are granted due to weather. If operations are suspended for 3+ hours, guests with a valid daily ticket may receive a free return ticket by presenting their receipt the same day at the main entrance.

14. Nullity Clause

If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest of the Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
